Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges.

Spare parts are final sales items and cannot be returned for a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes all blower motors, heater cores, switches, louvres, heater tubing, hoses, etc.
